If I ever feel better

Hello dear readers. The title of today's entry does not refer to my being sick, it's the title of a new favorite (but older) Phoenix song. Loving it! From the United album, look it up!

I discovered lots of new songs on Saturday when I spent all day working on sewing projects for a third shower in April-- What is with these April showers?

As long as this gloom called March lifts and spring arrives!

So these pics are not for either of the A's having showers in April. The baby for this present was born in February and we're having a little sip and see for her.

A designer I know picked the fabric and I have to say, the color combo was a great choice. The baby is a girl, but her mom is not girly-girl, so this mutes some of that typical baby pink.

Kitten was a good girl and held down the fabric for me while I measured terry cloth, so it wouldn't slide off the table.

This is a little mat that unrolls as a travel baby-changing station. The front item is a cloth diaper and wipes changing pack.

These two were quite a hit when I gave them to the shower organizers and the suggestion was made that I could sell these. I will link to my Etsy site as soon as I've finished one or two for sale. In case you're interested :)

Drool bib with the wide-ribbed terrycloth.

How cute!
