Lazy Sunday

Hi everyone! Are you having a good weekend? Adam and I had our bachelor/bachelorette outings this weekend, so we've had lots of fun and been really busy. I finally got an excuse to carry my yellow fluffy bag that I bought with Ashley and Beth when we were in New York in 2010. It was such a fun trip! I can never take the bag out of the drawer because Kitten has a very Ike and Tina relationship with the bag, you may remember from this video.

I had to be brave when I pulled it out of its drawer and put my belongings in it to go out last night. I came back from another room and the contents were spilled all over and some patches of fur were missing! Kitten had yellow fur stuck on her mouth! Two Silpada ladies we met at Ponak's agree with Merrick that it could be made of rabbit fur. So these are good reasons Kitten wants at it and to not let Kitten have her way with it :)

She has been a faithful companion today and I took the above picture of her after our nap. It's a good way to spend a Sunday.

I have some ribbon embroider projects to share with you, but this is wedding-related and a surprise, so I must remain mum on further details. Suffice to say, we're still being crafters here at the Household of Kitten.

For any of you Game of Thrones watchers, we are now the House of Kitten and the Kitten with her claws extended is the sigil of our house. To go even more into detail, I should share that I dreamt that Kitten was my direwolf and constant protector, a la the House Stark. But if you're not into Game of Thrones, I'm not speaking your language. I highly recommend!

Check in with you soon!
